DONUT DAY!!
The Ravens Crest Staff will be up bright and early on Friday May 16th, to greet you with donuts and juice as you are on your way to work. So, if you see us crazy people standing at the community entrances, don't forget to smile and grab a donut or two!!

If you receive a notice that we have a parcel for you in the office, please be prompt in picking it up --- space is limited in the receiving room.
Maintenance Requests
We take pride in the condition and upkeep of our apartment community. When you notice a need for maintenance in your apartment or within the community, please give us a call.

Going on a Trip?
Please be sure to let our office staff know that you will be out of town so we can help keep an eye on things. If you will be gone for several days over the first of the month, you may want to leave your rent payment in advance.

offers a Hospitality Suite for your guests and relatives for only $70
a
night! You can rent this beautifully furnished two bedroom
apartment for a maximum
of five nights… Be sure to reserve it ahead of
time with only a $50 deposit.
Call 703-369-3941 to make reservations. We have
a car wash area in Lyon Circle. You can wash, wax, vacuum, and do minor
repairs in this area. We know
you are busy, so for your convenience there is a night deposit box for
you
to drop your rent check in if you can't get in here during
business hours. It is
located at the management office. If you go to the front
door, look to your right
and there it is. You can
drop off your outgoing mail at the Management Office, or put it in our
night
deposit box and we will be sure the Postman gets it. We also
have metered mailing
available at the Management Office. We have
discount Movie Tickets to the Centreville Multiplex available for $6.00
(CASH ONLY)
Having
a Party?
Rent the Party Room. You can rent our Party Room for $100 and a refundable
$500 deposit. The maximum occupancy is 45 persons. Please call 703-369-3941
to make reservations. The Party Room hours are as follows: 6:00 pm - Midnight
Monday - Friday; 5:00 pm - midnight Saturday and Sunday.
Pool
Information
The pool opens on Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend.
Hours of Operation:
Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday: Noon - 7 pm
Tuesday and Friday: 11 am - 9 pm (7-9 Adult Swim Only)
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: 10 am - 7 pm

Jacuzzi, and Sauna Information

dish. There are very strict guidelines for the installation of such devices,
